Who answers
Aurelle is a family advisory. When you write to us, one of the two of us reads it. That person plans the journey, and that person is the one you reach at two in the morning when a connection is missed in Doha.
There is no account manager, no handover, no queue. That is the advantage and it is also the limit. We take fewer clients than an agency does, and we turn down work we cannot do properly.
Everything in writing, first
Before anything is booked you receive a brief: the property, the room, how you arrive, what we have arranged on the ground, and the reasoning behind each choice against the alternatives we set aside.
The brief is not a formality. It exists so there is a document to hold us to. If what arrives does not match what we described, we make it right. That is set out in full on The Promise, including the part about commissions that most advisories leave unsaid.
Why the list is short
We will not put a property in front of you that we do not know. That single rule is why our portfolio is smaller than most, and why we would rather say "not our strength, here is who is" than take the booking.
Being accountable is mostly the work of being careful beforehand.
Our working notes are public
Most of what we know sits on this site rather than behind an enquiry form. The destination chapters are our own writing. The Folio assesses 187 hotels against a rubric we publish, so you can see what we weighted and disagree with us where you want to.
Read it all and book elsewhere. We would rather be useful than cagey.
How we are set up
Aurelle was founded in 2022 and then sat mostly idle for two years. The advisory as it works now started in 2024. It is independent, powered by Fora Travel, which is what gives two people access to rates, amenities and hotel relationships that would otherwise take a much larger firm. Aurelle Travel is a trademark of Mysquarefeetus LLC.
In August 2026 Anigra Voyages merged into Aurelle rather than carrying on as a second brand. Its cruise advisory is now our voyages practice.
