The Promise
Every Aurelle journey is briefed in writing before you travel. If what arrives doesn’t match the brief, we make it right.
Most travel advisors recommend properties they have never visited, paid through commissions you cannot see, against criteria that were never written down. The result is a quiet conflict of interest — and a client who has no recourse when a stay falls short of the brochure.
We work differently. Before any booking is made, you receive a written brief from us — the specific property, the suite, the arrival arrangement, the experiences we have selected, and the reasoning behind each choice. Nothing is left to brochure language or to the imagination of the front desk.
If what arrives doesn’t match the brief — the room, the service, the access, the experience as we described it — we make it right. Not as a courtesy. As the standard.
This is not a marketing claim. It is the reason the brief exists. We put our recommendations in writing because we are willing to be held to them. It is also the reason we will not represent a property we don’t know personally, and the reason our portfolio is smaller than most. The work of being accountable is the work of being careful.
We believe luxury travel should be sold the way it is experienced — privately, attentively, and with the person who recommended it standing behind the recommendation.
