Common questions
Is there a fee for working with Aurelle?
For most journeys, no. Aurelle earns a commission from our hotel and tour partners, which means our advisory service is provided to you at no direct cost. For highly bespoke itineraries requiring significant research and coordination, a planning fee may apply. This will always be discussed transparently before any engagement begins.
Will I pay more than if I booked directly?
No. Our partner rates are at parity with or better than direct booking rates. In most cases, you receive the same room at the same price, with additional amenities layered on top that are exclusive to advisor bookings.
What if I already know where I want to stay?
That is the ideal starting point. Bring us your wishlist and we will tell you exactly what we can add to it: whether that is a suite upgrade at the Aman you had in mind, or a private transfer that makes the arrival as considered as the destination.
Do you work with travellers outside the United States?
Yes. Aurelle serves clients globally. Our advisory is conducted in English, and our partnerships span properties and experiences across six continents.
