Booking Terms

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable planning fee and/or deposit may be required to secure your booking. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your individual travel proposal. Final payment is typically due 60-90 days before departure, depending on supplier requirements.

Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until fully confirmed and paid. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for changes made after booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be clearly communicated before booking. Generally:

• Planning fees are non-refundable
• Supplier deposits may be non-refundable or subject to penalties
• Cancellations closer to departure typically incur higher penalties
• Some bookings may be non-refundable in their entirety

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss. Aurelle is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Aurelle may provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or other issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for:

• Consulting healthcare providers about vaccinations and health precautions
• Informing us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel
• Ensuring you are physically fit to undertake your planned activities
• Complying with local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines

Limitation of Liability

Aurelle acts as an agent for various travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or defaults of any supplier
• Injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or expense arising from supplier services
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.)
• Changes to schedules, routes, or services by suppliers

Our total liability, where permitted by law, shall not exceed the fees paid to Aurelle for planning services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, editorial copy, graphics, logos, imagery, page structure, navigation architecture, destination taxonomy, and software — is the property of Mysquarefeetus LLC (trading as Aurelle Travel) or its content suppliers, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law.

“Aurelle,” “Aurelle Travel,” the Aurelle wordmark, and the chapter-based destination framework used throughout aurelle.travel are trademarks and original works of Mysquarefeetus LLC. Hotel and property imagery appearing on this site is used under license from the respective properties and their brand portals for the promotion of those properties. Such imagery is not licensed for redistribution and may not be copied from this site for any purpose.
